Received notice of package delivery attempt. Stated that the package was at the Post office. Went to pick it up. They said it’s not there and my driver has it out for delivery. Driver said he doesn’t have it either. Can’t get through to speak to anyone. Terrible customer service

I've been there multiple times and the staff always help me out with ease and patience, as I don't know much about the mail processes in the US.

I love this USPS. Everyone has been kind and patient. Cheryl is absolutely amazing. So calm, gracious, helpful and just a joy to interact with. There's never really a wait. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

While the front office women are mostly pleasant, I am so frustrated by issues with missing packages, misdelivered packages, and absolutely no help resolving any of my issues. The supervisor Joe or others never call you when there are issues, will not come out to talk to you, and the front workers are not motivated to help other than taking your information. Where is the accountability for the delivery drivers or process to solve problems? I get that they are overworked but this is getting out of control and I am seriously going to get a PO Box at another location because I do not trust this one.

I have always been pleasantly surprised by this branch. Ample street parking, the line is never horrendous, and everyone working there is kind and efficient. They are open the hours they say they are open, but they do stop taking customers right at close, so make sure you get there with time to spare!

This post office is a biggest nightmare any person who lives in this area can have. They have very lazy carriers, and the staff are trained to lie, manipulate, & deceive anyone with mail coming into this place. The fact that they have allowed the carriers to half do their jobs, & lie to the customers, and totally sweep it under the rug the things that they are doing wrong internally. Is not to be trusted at all.

What a difference! This has become a much better post office in every way, in recent months. Nice ladies up front, at the counter. Yes, they don't open til 9am but they have been helpful to me. Much more pleasant place to go than a year ago.
