Don’t understand the negative reviews on this branch. Staff here is awesome, Laura is great, the managers and tellers are fantastic. My family has banked at this location for years and will continue to do so!

The Vectra Bank on S Federal are very rude to non customers. They have no empathy towards non customers. To get a check cashed you need 2 forms of ID they will take a Medicaid card but not a insurance card that I pay for I don't get your policy.. Very disappointed
