I sure wish that when you go into any walgreens you would experience what their commercials show. Customer service is not something you experience when you walk into a store. I have waited on the phone for over 7 hours over the last 2 days to talk to the pharmacy and have never been connected. My “local” pharmacy is over 1.5 hours away and I have driven there once and the prescription was not ready even though the website said it was ready. There are no other pharmacies closer to me.

All the Walgreens pharmacies should be shut down! Stop wasting people's time & negativity affecting their health. That's not the point of having a pharmacy!
