Went to several stores to get photos done and both stations were out of order. Would be helpful to know they were out of order. Employees didn't car won't be back .

If there was a negative star i would give them three - what an absolute farce of an organization…Four missteps this week alone - unbelievable. Unforgivable lack of service. I will be calling corporate to have words with someone who hopefully cares

My pregnant daughter was in the hospital last night. Upon release the doctor ordered a prescription. I called the Walgreens at 120th and Colorado in Thornton. I specifically asked about the pharmacy hours. She said I think they are open till 10:00, I asked can you double check as we are coming from Denver. I was told that “the store is open 24 hours and that the pharmacy stayed open till 10:00..” we drove out of our way to go to this store and of course the pharmacy was closed, your employee/call center gave inaccurate information. Please inform your employee that if they don’t know something, don’t guess. Needless to say I was very unhappy.P/s the Walgreens at 128th and Zuni in Broomfield has very good customer service, especially the photo department.

I would like to say a very positive review for the Pharmacy at 15301 E Iliff Avenue #6513 since I know Walgreens is struggling with shortage of staff and employees walking out on strike. Monique was at the Pharmacy by herself. She was very efficient, professional, her time management was impeccable. She took care of all her customers one by one. I was so impressed and for her to stay so calm and caring - Walgreens is very lucky to have an employee like Monique. Thank you Monique.

On 11/10 I had surgery and my prescription for pain medication sent to Walgreens at Kipling & Bowles in Littleton CO. The prescription was not filled until later in the day and my wife was unable to go before they closed to get the prescription. My wife went to pick up the prescription this morning 11/11 and they said their Pharmacist did not show up and they could not give us the prescription. I called the store manager and corporate customer service and they cannot do anything. I talked to store management & Customer Service Manager. They didn't seem to care and just reiterated policy while I'm in Severe Pain because they can't provide much needed medicine to expectations they set.Right now all of my pain meds have worn off and I'm in immense pain from my surgery yesterday. My options are to be in pain until Monday and get it from Walgreens or (what we've already done) call my Dr. Emergency line, have them transfer to another pharmacy, and then wait for that to be filled so we can pick it up. I'm currently waiting for the other pharmacy....Summary is I'm in severe pain for almost a whole day post surgery because Walgreens is unable to communicate to customers of their issues, fill prescriptions in a timely manner post surgery, or even allow them to be picked up when needed. It's ridiculous how much pain I'm in because Walgreens can't do their job with prescription medication. How many people are in unnecessary severe pain or worse can't get required life saving medication when needed. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy, if they can't provide medicine as needed, they should not be allowed to operate as a pharmacy.

Doesn't deserve one Star , but only way to leave a message. I called at 10:30 am to order high blood pressure medicine ? and the man said he would have that one ready in one hour and a half. I came at 2:32 waited for 30 mins just for them to tell me it's not ready and give them 15 minutes. It's 2:34 pm let's see how long I wait bets are on. For the Pharmacy. this is the one on 29th and Quebec in Denver. Central Park

Called Walgreens refill line to get my prescription of paroxetine, 90 day supply, filled. Didn't go through. Called back to speak with a person. Recording said wait time was 2 min. Well, 20 min later, tech told me 90 day supply with Good Rx would be $60.00. I can't afford that today so asked how much a 30 day supply would be with Good Rx and he quoted me $56.00. Told him that didn't sound correct so he transferred me to a "dispensing" tech and he said a 30 day supply of paroxetine is $27.00 which is quite a difference in price. Ironically, I take paroxetine for anxiety/anger issues and by now I'm at a level 10. I wonder how many times people are misquoted the pricing of prescriptions. My husband and I are so sick of the hassles EVERY month with Walgreens.

Done done done with all Walgreens. They could care less about their pharmacy. Constantly closed. Just shut your doors and be done with it. Moving my prescriptions somewhere else and will never set foot in another one of your stores.

What happened to Walgreens?? You use to be the best! Now you deny prescriptions and make no effort to help find solutions. You never have enough staff and it’s not just one store, it’s every store I go too! Are you not paying well? Do something because it is disheartening and the customer service is beyond horrible! Corporate don’t just sit behind the desk! Go to your stores! See what is happening and TAKE ACTION!!! They don’t even do transfers right! Horrible and shame on you!! I’m still waiting and it’s been 45 minutes!

My physician faxed a prescription to the Walgreens at 1920 S Chelton Rd,CS, CO 80916, Tuesday 3/07/23. I received phone calls and text messages telling me the prescription was ready for pickup. I left work early to get there before closing, stand in line 40 minutes to be told the prescription was not ready, and would not be ready until the next day. I get the calls and messages the next day to be told the same, with employee stating corporate has made changes in the way they fill prescriptions to save money. I called my physician to have the prescription sent to another pharmacy, only to be told Walgreens had already billed my insurance for medicine I didn't have. I went back to the store where they were able to miraculously fill one but not the others, still having billed insurance. I was told by the pharmacy employee that the prescription would be ready after 10:30,3/10/23, got the call and message confirming what I was told the night before. I was told tonight when I went to pickup they have no control over the calls and messages, but I was told the same by an employee. I was told by the employees to contact corporate if I have a complaint. I'm starting here and I'll be calling corporate as well. I saw several customers be told the same B's with total disregard. Unacceptable!!

Walgreens screws up their prescriptions all the time. Plus they hate women. I'm transferring all my prescriptions and never coming back.

Slow took 3 years to get the second shot.I had rashes. My eyes were affected. Foggy, with floaties. My teeth hurt to chew. All because you dropped the ball and let me suffer for 3 years. Not happy with Walgreens...

Walgreens at Southgate Rd in Colorado Springs. Worst customer service I've experienced in a while. Went to Walgreens the other day to grab some things and it was closed, in the middle of the day. Drive through is indefinitely closed forcing everyone inside to mingle with the sick and wait crammed in line for far too long. If you weren't sick before your trip to Walgreens, chances are good you may come home with something more than just your prescriptions. I see the reviews and this seems to be par for Walgreens.Good luck Walgreens. At this rate you should be seeing your stock plummet before long.

I am a provider. I am sending my patients to other pharmacies from now on. Recently, I have patients who pharmacists just say they cannot get their meds (these are not wildly new medications, known shortages, or even expensive) that I know insurances routinely cover. Their hours in many stores have been cut so that many of my patients are unable to get their medications in a timely fashion. Patients are often treated poorly when trying to advocate for themselves. I recently had a patient who was sent into withdrawals from her medication because the patient decided to move her meds to another pharmacy and the pharmacist did not cancel (I put in an electronic cancellation) so another pharmacy could fill them. I don't know what is going on with Walgreens but I am not willing to sacrifice my patients' well-being while they figure it out.Go to Safeway or King Soopers. I have had zero complaints about them.

I'm on Medicare with a supplement and a drug plan. Walgreens on 32nd and Youngfield has a sign saying Free Flu shots. I made appointment and was turned away...they said my plan wasn't valid for them. I believe strongly that they are wrong and when I mentioned the Free Flu sign, I was told that was for people with insurance. They should be shut down!
