I made an appointment to come into the branch and open a checking account. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early only to be told they were running late and it may take a little longer. 25 minutes later no one had still come to help me, and while I was waiting, a young couple walked in and was immediately greeted by a representative to come in and open a new checking account. I do not understand why you require appointments when obviously you don’t have the staff there to assist the customer in a reasonable amount of time. The thing that aggravated me the most is that somebody walks in and is immediately helped. My appointment was at 12:30, the other people arrived at 12:40 and were immediately brought back and assisted. I wasted my lunch hour waiting to open an account and deposit money into this bank, makes no sense at all.

The employees here are so helpful, friendly, and professional. I've had some complicated account issues for clients i work with and the staff were always so patient and helpful. I just looked at all the other negative reviews and I don't see how these could be accurate. I've been to this location several times and there's never been a line and the staff are super nice and helpful.

I have visited this Wells Fargo location 3 times to have a single document notarized. Not to mention the other two times I unsuccessfully visited other branches for the same.
This time, I’m told at 4:40 that they are about to close and can’t do it. I remind the teller that no, you aren’t about to close, it’s still 20 min to 5. When he cowardly points me to the person I can try to ask, they also state they don’t have time because they are about to close.
The first time at this branch, no notary. The second time, at 2pm, the notary was at lunch and they didn’t know when they’d be back. Ok, you’re allowed to have lunch, just sucks that I purposefully come not at lunch time.
As always, Wells Fargo is a disappointment.

There’s a reason the reviews here are trash. Yadira has zero professionalism & Wells Fargo is a terrible bank as a whole. Currently can’t access my money to complete a needed wire transfer because they’re “understaffed”

BEWARE I EXPERIENCED UNFORTUNATE RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AT THIS LOCATION FROM THE TELLER VICTOR AND A MANAGER WHO'S NAME I'M UNSURE HOW TO SPELL PRONOUNCED "YAVIDA" I BELIEVE. I RECORDED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AND WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION. THEIR TREATMENT OF ME AS A BLACK WOMAN TRYING TO CASH A SIMPLE CHECK FROM a FRIEND WAS EMBARRASSING AND AWFUL. THEY TREATED ME AS A CRIMINAL BASED ON MY APPEARANCE AND WERE EXTREMELY RUDE.

The bankers, Jessica Hernandez and Stephanie Nava, were very rude to me this afternoon when I was in the branch, talking about the fees I was charged. Jessica even repeated stopped me from talking, chasing me to leave. I have banked with wells Fargo for at least ten years, with five accounts, among them there are two businesses accounts, keeping high balance of 200k all the time. It charges me $10 when ever one day balance was below $500. I was extremely upset when those two bankers paid no respect to their customer in the public. I am going to close all my accounts with Wells Fargo, and tell all my relatives not to bank with Wells Fargo anymore, as this bank trained its employees badly.

This is the WORST BRANCH. I called 39 times with no answer. Then I attempted to do what their website said any commercial bank can do, but they are unable, and they were very rude. Maybe answer one of the 39 calls so I don't have to drive there. These people are god awful at their job and there should be a mass firing.

Terrible customer service. All I'm trying to do is a basic checking account switch and for two days in a row Wells Fargo hasn't been able to achieve this. A multi-billion-dollar company and yet they don't have the capability/bankers/system to do an easy task. Stay away from WF.
