Western Daughters Butcher Shoppe is a whole-animal butcher shop in Denver focusing on high-quality, locally sourced meats. All meats are grass-fed, pasture-raised, and raised with no hormones or antibiotics. The shop exclusively sources animals humanely and sustainably ranched within a 250-mile radius, with a significant portion of each dollar spent going directly to their partner farmers. The shop is praised for its knowledgeable and helpful staff, who provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere and detailed guidance on cuts and cooking. Customers highlight the excellent dry-aged program, featuring items like ribeyes and bacon. The shop also offers fresh, vacuum-sealed cuts through detailed hog or cow share programs, avoiding frozen products. Once a week, the shop serves cooked food, with their burger highly recommended. Described as juicy, flavorful, and filling, it features grass-fed beef with house mustard, house bacon, caramelized onion, cheese, and butter lettuce. The consistent quality of products and staff expertise over many years is noted as truly remarkable.
5 stars bc the service and meat was good. But the prices are NOT reasonable like others mentioned, even for dry aged. Denver steak costs 25$ a pound here. You can get it wayyyy cheaper online or literally anywhere else nearby.

They know meat. I suggest having the butcher's choice tasting platter or the Saturday burger bash
