This place goes above and beyond. Needed to ship my bike and came to get a bike box. Searched all over. Found Yamp, Scott offered to help get my bike ready for shipping. He was SO helpful and kind. I’ve never had this experience at any other shop. I appreciate all of your help, Scott!

Bought a Surly Wednesday here after some research and excellent advice by the owner. He was extremely patient answering my questions about my medical conditions/limitations. I’m really happy with my purchase and the service. It’s a really fantastic shop. I cannot recommend this place enough.
