Tim was tremendously helpful, probably spent about an hour with me discussing proper care of bike maintenance on my mtb, showed me what to do and products to use on specific components of my mtb. I could not have asked for better service, extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming on teaching my about bike mechanics. Tim was a pure pleasure to be able to ask questions regarding my mtb!

My mountain bike was punctured and was low on sealant. Tim from the bike shop helped me and explained to me about the necessity of periodically applying sealant, and help me pick up a useful tire tear kit!
We asked for some tools to temporarily fix our bike rack because we ran it into a tree. Tim brought the tools out and help us fix that slanted bike rack without hesitation!
Thanks to Tim, our weekend was not ruined! Thank you Tim!

Stopped by to pick up a few things while cycling the tour divide and to ask if the bike shop could take a look at a minor issue. The tech was awesome - friendly and knowledgeable, got me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Tim and Rachel at the Dillon, CO store. Tim looked at my derailler for my e-bike. Was able to fit me, no issues. Very appreciative as a long time REI member. Much thanks!

Unfortunately my experiences at REI have gone downhill. If you are waiting around for an employee to finish with a difficult person trying on shoes forever they should be more aware of the person who was standing next to them for a good 10 minutes waiting and not accept that a rude elderly person who thinks they own the world cuts you off to get served first. I left my stuff on a table and walked out.

We had the worst experience at this store. We arrived to buy hiking shoes. There was no help and we had to walk around to find help
After half hour, we get waited on. Thirty minutes later we settle on a shoe and go to pay. The price was different from that advertised. They gave us a more expensive shoe without telling us- new one versus last years but same shoe. The cashier made no adjustment and showed no interest in helping us. The help are totally apathetic. Support your local stores that may care more. REI what is your problem? . You need to evaluate this store.

We went here to purchase a bike for our 4 year old. There were multiple employees watch us from the corners as we struggled to take in down from the rack, then watch us ensure the bike fit our son and let him peddle it around to ensure he could and said nothing. After a few minutes of us doing this, a woman employee with short purple hair came over to us from another department and reprimanded my 4 year old for riding it(mind you there are no signs and he road the bike 5 feet). After I told her we were sorry and did not know, she continued to reprimand us and tell the 4 year old, not me who was by his side, it was due to insurance reason, how would. 4 year old know this and even comprehend it. (It makes sense that we can’t do this, but how she approached us was the issue)
Needless to say we put everything back and chose to purchase the bike elsewhere.

I’ve been to a lot of REIs and this is by far the rudest group of staff I have ever encountered. And I wish I could say it was only one employee, but unfortunately it is everyone who works there. Super unpleasant experience.

Generally out of stock of things we tried to get and the manager is an absolute jerk, he was rude to the employees that were helping us in front of us. I don’t know his name but he has arm tattoos and a weird ego.
Normally love REI but this one is by far the worst I’ve been to because of the manager
