“I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Nobody wants to have to call a tow company, and Christina and the whole team understood that and made us feel safe and taken care of -- on the Sunday evening of Labor Day weekend nonetheless. Our rental car broke down in silverthorne and the rental company said they would send a tow truck and quoted us an hour and a half that we'd have to wait. Within 5 minutes, Christina called us and said she would be there in 10 minutes to pick up the keys so we wouldn't have to wait. She even told us to call our Uber ahead of time so we wouldn't have to wait with our luggage, she was so considerate of us. We ended up having to leave before she got there because the Uber came faster than expected so she sent us a picture of the car and confirmation that she picked it up so we wouldn't have to worry and wonder if it turned out ok. Incredible customer service, they really care.”

“My brother and I broke down on the side of guanella pass last night, after spending 5+ hours stuck there a sheriff picked me up and brought me to where I had some cell service. I called these guys and was told a driver would be there in 30 minutes. He was there in closet to fifteen minutes had me picked up and our car off the mountain in no time. Great company! “I recently had Breckenridge Collision Company repair my Dodge 1500 Ram Laramie which had an unfortunate collision with a trailer. This was due to snow, a ditch, and a driver who was sick. Anyway, the rear quarter panel was crushed inward and the tailgate and bumper were impacted well. After searching for companies that would do the work through insurance, we came upon BCC. Immediately they were informative, transparent and communicative. We scheduled the repair and they were honest about timing. It took a few weeks, which we were fine with, and the truck went in. All of their estimates were spot on, including time to repair, cost and their ability to work with the insurance company. They have a great relationship with my insurance company and no questions were asked by them. My truck came back looking as good as new. They were even able to accommodate some blackout work I had done, which included a blacked out bumper, logos and badging in the rear. They were able to include getting that done to make my truck whole again. I am beyond impressed and thankful we found them. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly, highly recommend them. God forbid I need another job like this done, they will be the first I call.”

“Honestly, one of the most exceptional experiences I’ve had in an auto shop. I burned my brake rotors coming down the Eisenhower tunnel, which I later heard is fairly common, and I was not only able to have it promptly repaired, but the guy running the desk (wish I had snagged his name!) taught me how to downshift. We don’t have hills where I’m from; I had no idea downshifting was even a thing!
