“John with Mountain Recovery absolutely saved my day. I had my truck stuck in the middle of a back road in Idaho Springs today with a fully loaded septic truck. From the time I called dispatch, to the time John arrived, it was a minute over an hour. Given my location that is FAST! It took some time to get me winched and straightened up but he knew exactly how to get me back on the road and didn't waste a second of his or my time. Needless to say, I have Mountain Recovery on speed dial for next time... Even though I hope there is no next time. I know my photo makes me look like an idiot but I'm my business s4!t happens”
“Gilbert provided an amazing towing experience from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Not only did he handle the tow quickly and safely, but he also went out of his way to drop us off at a mechanic and make sure we were taken care of. His willingness to help and positive attitude really stood out. If you’re ever in need of towing services, Gilbert is definitely someone you can count on.”
“Adam is super nice and helpful every time I have to take my car in for maintenance. It’s so awesome to have such a reliable mechanic shop in a small town!”

“I am a Silverthorne resident and needed a tow from my home to a local repair shop, less than a mile. I had phoned another local company I found on line and did not get a great response from them- I called this company next and the gentleman was great, he is a local and appreciates the local community! We set a time for the next morning and he towed my car without incident. If ever we need towing service again we know who to call! Thank you”
