Of particular note was the helpfulness of their employee DJ who gave me prompt and direct customer service, including a ride home after I dropped off my car at Doug's. He even offered to pick me up and transport me to Doug's once the car was ready for pickup.
That sort of extra effort, taking 20 min to run me home, made my day indescribably easier. In the past other shops have scoffed at the request, but DJ offered it without a prompt or second thought.”

“An auto parts store told me I needed a new alternator after their quick test. I went to Firestone to get one installed. The guys recommended they retest before just installing a new alternator. It would cost but not a tenth of the cost of a new alternator. They called when finished to say there was nothing wrong with the alternator, saving me a ton of money. That’s great service and honest auto repair work!”

The car was just as advertised in person and Marley went out of her way to make sure I had all angles of the car in video and pictures. She was cheery in person and hustled to detail the car as I came a bit earlier than expected and she hustled. I'll buy future Toyotas from there due to her help and their reasonable prices. “Got an oil change here for the first time, switch up from Midas. My car was good to go in about 15 minutes or so and it was only $36 for a regular oil change. Wow! I won’t visit this location again due to only being in Durango for summer work, but I will definitely start going to Walmart for oil changes now!!”
