“Doug's Auto Body got my Honda fixed up right. They communicated estimates & any complications or further concerns clearly, and the end result was quality work for an honest price.
Of particular note was the helpfulness of their employee DJ who gave me prompt and direct customer service, including a ride home after I dropped off my car at Doug's. He even offered to pick me up and transport me to Doug's once the car was ready for pickup.
That sort of extra effort, taking 20 min to run me home, made my day indescribably easier. In the past other shops have scoffed at the request, but DJ offered it without a prompt or second thought.”

“My car broke down next to the car wash. Chris from O'Reilly's checked my battery and my alternator and they were both shot. He replaced the battery (covered under warranty) so I could at least get to my mechanic safely. Amazing service, super helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend!”

“My F150 Check Engine light came on so I went to the store to have them connect their Scan Tool to look for related Codes. The codes indicated a particular sensor but the sensor is only available at the Ford dealership. The O'Reilly employee sent me on my way to the Ford dealer parts department and said his scan tool report was 100% free. WHAT!..., Thank you!!
I obtained the necessary part from Ford and went back to O'Reilly to get some tools I needed in order to replace the part. Repair complete.

“My van is ready for a camping trip tomorrow, so I checked the oil and tire pressure pressures. But when I started it, the check engine light came on. I took it to AutoZone to do a scan and it showed my battery was good but needed a charge. Zach was more than helpful and I was out of there within 20 minutes with a quality charger. I’ve never used one before and he showed me what to do. Thanks, Zach, you made my day!”
“I was met with a fast and friendly car pick up and came from Albuquerque to get my Prius from Durango Motor Company. The car was just as advertised in person and Marley went out of her way to make sure I had all angles of the car in video and pictures. She was cheery in person and hustled to detail the car as I came a bit earlier than expected and she hustled. I'll buy future Toyotas from there due to her help and their reasonable prices. “I got a nail in my tire and called to see if they could fix it. I got Eli on the phone who let me know this was a common diy repair, and that they had the parts. When I arrived he sold me the repair kit, and told me the general technique of the repair. I went from a rapidly deflating tire to a fixed tire in about ten minutes. “Got an oil change here for the first time, switch up from Midas. My car was good to go in about 15 minutes or so and it was only $36 for a regular oil change. Wow! I won’t visit this location again due to only being in Durango for summer work, but I will definitely start going to Walmart for oil changes now!!”
