“This review is for the Farmington Fun Center--November of 23-January 2024. I live in Durango and normally use Handlebar for my service, but they and the Durango Fun Center service depts. were both way backed up, so I gave the new Farmington Fun Center a call, they said bring it in. I've taken bikes there twice and both times had great prompt service from the friendly crew there, (and they will unload and load up your bike for you). I will ride my fjr there in the spring for a checkover. Worth the drive from Durango to Farmington and while in town I hit Infinite BBQ.”

“If I could give this location more stars I would. My teenage son and husband were on a road trip 16 hours away from home when the radiator broke. They couldn't find a new one in town. It had to be shipped to the store and it took 3 and a half days at the earliest. Stranded at an RV park with no way to even get to O'Reilly even when the part came in. Getting it towed was gonna cost a fortune and the local taxi services were going to be about 100$ round trip. I was in communication with an employee named Ringo a couple times a day desperately hoping that the radiator would come in early. It didn't come in early but Ringo went above and beyond and personally delivered the radiator to the RV park. Ringo was so kind to me on the phone and my son and husband when he dropped off the radiator. If they have an employee of the month, he should get it!! So happy with the customer service!”

I am CONSTANTLY breaking things I cant fix. Usually immediately before a trip. Everytime I call, Leslie talks me down, squeezes me in and gets me on my way. Everytime I come, John teaches me something I didnt know before, with patience and humor and so much kindness. These two are genuinely good people, and Tarpley has always done right by me. “I was met with a fast and friendly car pick up and came from Albuquerque to get my Prius from Durango Motor Company. The car was just as advertised in person and Marley went out of her way to make sure I had all angles of the car in video and pictures. She was cheery in person and hustled to detail the car as I came a bit earlier than expected and she hustled. I'll buy future Toyotas from there due to her help and their reasonable prices. “Our truck’s check engine light came on not too far east of Durango as we were heading in. Because it was a Sunday afternoon, we showed up unannounced first thing this morning. We were heading out of town to Lake Powell, UT, today. So we were hoping to at least find out what the problem was, and maybe get it fixed. The gentlemen at the service desk was professional, and asked us to pull around to just outside the bay door, since we still had our RV trailer hooked up. He checked the code for us, and let us know that it was the fact that we had put in premium fuel in it. He said that’s not at all necessary (and not recommended) while driving at this altitude. I asked him what we owed for the diagnosis, and he said, “No charge,” and shook my hand.I was pleasantly surprised that this gentlemen understood what we saw as an “urgent” problem, but made us feel at ease, and sent us on our way as satisfied (non-) customers. ? There still is GREAT service around.Thanks, Morehart Murphy!!!”
