“When I dropped off my vehicle I was hesitant and thought that maybe I might get over charged and mislead, but I wasn't. Cameron answered every call I made and he responded with courtesy to every question I had asked. My vehicle was fixed the way I wanted, and in good time. Thank you so much to everyone who works there and the trust they have given me.”
“Beau is my favorite mechanic I’ve EVER HAD. Every problem I bring to him, he solves. He is honest, reasonable, and just a downright joy to work with. I’m always sending folks his way because I throughly believe everyone should have a mechanic they trust! Thank you for all the incredible service over the years!!”
“Great family owned company I use them for my business regularly. I needed them to tow my corvette home after a steering column lock problem. They did a great job taking extra care with my car that is lowered.”

“I was on vacation in Colorado from California on the labor day weekend. I popped a code on my 2014 ford f-250 SD.
I contacted Durango Automotive to see what could be done. I had a long trip home and was worried about making it home without my truck going into limp mode. They went above and beyond to get me in on a very busy time for them. With their help,
I made the trip home with no issues. Very helpful and friendly family owned business.
I highly recommend this shop. Thanks to all your staff.”

“I love Built To Last! I have had 3 of my vehicles repaired by them. They are efficient and fast. They find parts for older vehicles and if not, they improvise and build it themselves. They will find a way to fix it. They are exceptional with electronics! They call and tell what they have found wrong, ask if you want it fixed and will give you an estimated price. They are one exceptional company for knowledge, expertise and pride in taking care of customers. Fantastic mechanics and I have to give kudos to Lou and Kristen. They are always so pleasant and knowledgeable when they call. They explain what needs repaired, the cost and ask if that's what you want to do. Fantastic customer service! Built To Last is fantastic all the way around! 😃👍”
“While traveling cross country (Oregon to Florida), we were approaching Durango, CO when our Ford F-350 AC became intermittent. We called half-dozen auto repair shops there, all of which were booked 3 weeks out! We finally called McNeal’s Automotive, and owner John worked us in the next morning at 8am. We had tickets for the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge RR train ride. Employee Joseph offered to give me a ride to the train station after I dropped off the truck, and then to drop it back there after they fixed it. This was incredible customer support in a day and age when it’s so hard to find. I’m sure McNeal’s was booked like the rest of them, but he made time for us. We are so grateful. Please go see McNeal’s Automotive when you need repairs!”

“Exceptional service. I had two screws in the same time. They took them out and didn't charge me because we had bought the tires there originally. I was surprised to read a few negative reviews, specifically with female clients. I felt they were respectful and appropriate and will definitely return for all my tire needs.”

“Where do I start! These guys are top notch & true professionals. Came out to us in 5 mins....mobile service at its finest! Scanned our rig, trouble shooted & explained in detail why these codes were triggered. Had us back on the road in no time. I'm a big time Denver Nuggets/basketball fan...KDR came through Klutch & made all their free throws! They even brought the dog...whats not to love! Couldn't be more pleased with their service. Give these guys a call!”
