“If give them 5 stars, except that the manager was 15 minutes late getting there and the heater was broken.

“We was over 1000 miles from home traveling in S.E. Utah and began having trouble with the bike starting. After looking around for a shop I contacted Kris at Durango Harley Davidson and told him my situation. Kris said bring it over and they would get it in.
The next day we arrived at Durango Harley Davidson. Kris, Slade, and crew took the bike in and start diagnosing and addressing the issues to get us back on the road.
I can’t express enough how well they treated us. It turned a bad situation into opportunity to meet great people.

From start to finish, the team went above and beyond. Anthony on the phone and Max under the hood were both fantastic—professional, friendly, and clearly empowered by the owner to deliver a great customer experience. The service member discount was an unexpected and very appreciated gesture and the staff actually expressed real gratitude for my service, it wasn't just a price discount.
I brought in my 2009 Ford E-450 shuttle bus conversion for a full inspection before a long road trip to Indiana. They got me in on short notice and performed an extremely thorough inspection, giving me clear, transparent pricing and realistic expectations upfront. I felt immediately confident that the vehicle was in the right hands.
They discovered additional issues during the process—six broken bolts under the hood—so the job expanded and the timeline shifted. That’s completely understandable with an older vehicle, and they communicated updates as those issues came up. The only minor snag was waiting through the weekend for a final update, but in the grand scheme of things, it was a small bump in an otherwise excellent experience.
When I picked up the vehicle, the results were obvious. The bus drives noticeably smoother, feels significantly more reliable, and even picked up a bit of fuel efficiency. I’m writing this review on the road right now, and the peace of mind alone made the service worth it.
I also realized afterward that we hadn’t discussed an oil change. When I called back, they immediately told me to bring it in and handled it on the spot—no questions, no hassle. That kind of responsiveness is exactly why I trust this shop.
Overall, this is a top-tier, honest, customer-focused business. Great people, great communication, great work. Five stars all the way. I’m grateful to have found a mechanic I can count on.”
“Doug's Auto Body got my Honda fixed up right. They communicated estimates & any complications or further concerns clearly, and the end result was quality work for an honest price.
Of particular note was the helpfulness of their employee DJ who gave me prompt and direct customer service, including a ride home after I dropped off my car at Doug's. He even offered to pick me up and transport me to Doug's once the car was ready for pickup.
That sort of extra effort, taking 20 min to run me home, made my day indescribably easier. In the past other shops have scoffed at the request, but DJ offered it without a prompt or second thought.”

The amount they charged for the work was reasonable, checked out got me back on road, reasonable amount of time time & $$ for what they did.”
“An auto parts store told me I needed a new alternator after their quick test. I went to Firestone to get one installed. The guys recommended they retest before just installing a new alternator. It would cost but not a tenth of the cost of a new alternator. They called when finished to say there was nothing wrong with the alternator, saving me a ton of money. That’s great service and honest auto repair work!”
