“I found the service to be mostly flawless from a dsl perspective. Many comments in here are about Wi-Fi and stuff, but that's not cedar's area at all. Get a decent Wi-Fi router. I had the service for 2 years without issue, 17mbit down link which is insane for dsl. Sure they aren't as fast as cable, but a Netflix hd steam is only 3.5mbit - are you really watching 4 streaming movies at once in your house?”
“We have been having problems with our internet for almost 6 months so the service line sent a technician out. Anthony arrived earlier than expected and was very friendly. He walked me through the entire process and fixed everything that was wrong in a very efficient and speedy manner. I could tell he loved his job and had a passion for it. This was a nice surprise as I have been having an extremely difficult time with the customer service line who seem to have no idea what they are doing. Not to mention not having an English speaking representative. It was refreshing to have someone who seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He fixed the problem without excuses.
