“Ive had a mailbox here for several years now and well before the newer owner. the staff here is amazing and extremely helpful! the new owner recently implemented a new charge system i cant say i like at all as well as a tiered box lease fee. if you go over your allotted # of packages you are charged a dollar. so if you make say an amazon purchase with say 6 items in your cart and all 6 happen to ship separately you pay for the 6th and any package past that for the month if you say paid for the bottom end lease agreement at $280.00 a year. what if its a package the size literally the size of a standard envelope? another dollar. what if you had a few items ordered come in wrong and need to be reordered? better hope the shipper didnt make a mistake and you already had your 6) package amazon order didnt come in early in the month. oh , dont forget your package or dare not to know its in... thats another three bucks. i used to get text notifications but havent for about a year. yes it only a few bucks on top of a few bucks and another few bucks....a month. It was brought to my attention that these were changes that the ups store as a corporation implemented not the owner. They have always been helpful and continue to be.”
