“A HUGE shout-out to Debbie Wilhelm, manager of the CENEX/AMPRIDE gas station next door to Basin Co-op as well as Josh, who runs the Basin Co-op tire store. On Saturday afternoon one of my tires was extremely low. I stopped at 4 different places driving south on Main Ave which have air available for purchase. Every single one was them was BROKEN, although in 2 of the 4, I had already deposited cash and credit cards. I kept driving south, hoping maybe Basin Co-op would be open. They were not - as it was past closing time - but just as I sat in the parking lot and this tire was now almost completely flat, Debbie Wilhelm appeared in the parking lot and asked if she could help in any way. She ended up getting Josh on the phone on FaceTime - and he instructed her as to how to open the Basin tire store and activate one of the air hoses. From there, we were able to solve the problem. Both of these individuals were so compassionate and helpful; going out of their way just to lend a helping hand! Next day I popped into the CENEX gas station as I hadn't been in there forever, and the store looks incredible. Beautifully stocked, super clean everywhere and friendly people.
