Martina out of Charlotte NC was wonderful! The most kind, polite rep we’ve talked to with Spectrum. We called to cancel service, Martina did her best to keep our service without being pushy or rude, but we switched to fiber with a local company. However the world needs more sweet people like her!

We went to the store this evening to move our phone service and trade in 2 phones. Rich was very patient and knowledgable helping us get everything set up even though we were there after closing time. Great customer service.

I was unable to get my equipment shipped to me and was having trouble with the call center. I went in to the store and Aden and Porsh helped me get things squared away! I went in frustrated but left happy. Thanks guys.
