The Durango Spectrum store is fine, though clearly understaffed. But Spectrum as a company is terrible. 4 years of constant poor signal but luckily we sold the home and could disconnect from this awful company. But Spectrum - unlike virtually every business in 2023 - could / would not credit me for a pro-rated month. Keep in mind this disconnection was requested on the 2nd day of my billing cycle. I did not use the service for 28 of 30 days of the billing cycle, yet they still charged me through the last day ( meaning that they were charging me, plus the new people who bought the house at the same time.) Sadly, this happens to many as is evidenced by the dozens (perhaps hundreds) of identical complaints online. The icing on the cake, though, is the smug attitude by the 3 levels of Spectrum support I contacted. Customers in Durango should get Centurylink Internet, then Direct TV Stream. I will end up being half the price, with double the quality and service levels. Spectrum would see an even lower aggregate grade if they offered zero stars as an option.

Justin, provided shamefully bad service. Truly shockingly rude. I will be contacting your corporate office. I have never had such a bad customer service experience. Shame on you. That is, beyond their high prices, and mediocre internet and phone services.

Spectrum service is not reliable at all due to outages that are planned by the company on a regular basis. If you get service from them, plan on your service going down frequently. You will receive emails from them on a regular basis, telling you that when these outages are going to occur but they won’t tell you about them before you sign up, so I’m telling you now. Don’t use them if you need Reliable service.

Company is very disorganized and not trust worthy. Somehow multiple accounts have opened in my name and after 10+ hours ofbeing tossed around from clueless employees on the phone I've decided to just cancel service completely. If you have any other options, use it!

Garbage customer service. I’ve been rescheduled for an “installation” visit 3 times now and lied to twice by reps… my girlfriend and I have both paid for spectrum individually for over 4 years… I would go with anything else

In-store customer service awful. Would not give wife a receipt for equipment returned because it has my personal information (account #) which she gave them. But what was worse was how they went out of the way to be unhelpful and rude.

My boyfriend and I use spectrum for our internet and he got a promotion to upgrade our internet and get one year of free cell phone service. For three months now, spectrum has not only charged us for the “upgraded” internet and has also continued charging him monthly for his phone bill. Each month he calls and he bounced around to 4-5 employees before someone says they will begin the free year of phone bills next month. Each month he has been charged again. Today he got on the phone once again with a manager named Bryan who refused to admit spectrums mistake and refused to refund the phone bill, saying once again “the credits will start next month.” So he has now paid $135 that he should not have paid for. Very disappointing and we will be moving away from spectrum next month.

Spectrum has to be the most disorganized bunch of people. I have been paying about 260 a month, for tv, mobile and internet, and it's taken over a year for them to figure out my internet problem supposedly. I can tell you this, as soon as I swap mobile phone carriers I'm switching services cuz I've been waiting 2 weeks for someone to come hook up my new drop line for the house. I am unsatisfied 100%. Yall lost a good customer.

Spectrum has by far provided one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever been through. It is a terribly run company and unfortunately in many areas is the only option.

I have had nothing but performance issues with Spectrum's cable TV--the service is poor and local channels in Colorado are not provided in HD. The Albuquerque channels are intermittently available and at least 3 times a year, they disappear for a week at a time. Over the two and a half years that I've been using this service (mainly because Comcast Infinity is not available in the area), my bill has increased over $120 a month for the same crappy service. Just say 'no' unless you enjoy burning money. As with the other review, I have gone to the local service office and they lie to keep you from dropping the service.

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly as well. took good care of my needsI suggest never ordering any spectrum products on phoneThey messed up my whole order. Took me a few hours to clean up that mess but the folks at spectrum store fixed it. Personally go to store, they know their products.

I needed assistance in transitioning mobile service to Spectrum but got stuck with the process. I went into the Spectrum/Durango store and met with Albert who very coridally and quickly resolved the issues for me so that I now have fully functioning mobile service. Thank you Albert!

I visited the Durango Spectrum Store to change my cell phone service to Spectrum. I wasn’t looking forward to this, since me and technology don’t get along. WOW! What a pleasant surprise. Christine walked me through the whole process, with her doing most of the walking! I was set up in no time by a cheerful and helpful Christine. I’m a happy customer. Thank you!

Awful technical service. Awful customer service. Eben paying your bill is difficult. If there was another option I'd take it.
