“If I could I'd give this shop 100 stars for their over and above outstanding customer service!! Back story: My Mom got two baby yorkies and they decided to cut teeth using her dining room chair legs and needless to say, the legs were destroyed! My Mom loves this dining room set and was heartbroken. I've been searching for about a year and a half for a couple of dining room chairs that match my mom's dining room set and I've had absolutely no luck! Recently when searching Google for the millionth time for these chairs I came across {Re} Love, Consign & Design Shop website and they had TWO exact chairs for sale so I emailed the store. Julie, one of the owners returned my call on a Sunday evening (I was surprised to get a call)! She said she would sell me the chairs, have her hubby dismantle the chairs and ship me the parts I needed to fix my Mom's chairs! I was ecstatic! I received the chair parts as promised and I've since repaired my Mom's chairs! My Mom is so happy to have her dining room set repaired and looking brand new! I HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone! If you don't shop small businesses you're missing everything good and kind that real customer service offers!
