After months of frustration, which we can blame on the evil Volvo corporation, we finally got our car back. We were not charged for the service due to the long wait. I have mixed feelings but I am greatful to not be charged after waiting 6 months for the repair

Andy is as helpful and honest as he is an excellent mechanic/technician. I would trust my Volvo in his care for any work required. My daughter attended Ft. Lewis for 3 years and for two of those years Andy was the go to person for work needed on her XC90.
