Solid choice for families on a budget. Kids had space to run around and the kitchen setup let us do breakfast in the room before heading out each day. Only downside was the walls are a bit thin but honestly expected that for the price.

Super clean, easy parking, close to the highway so it was a bit noisy until around 10PM then was pretty quiet the rest of the night.

We've stayed at Wapiti Lodge twice now and keep coming back. Rooms are always clean and the location makes it easy to walk to Main Avenue for dinner and drinks. Durango has gotten pricey but this place is still reasonable.
