Per the recommendation of a local friend, I took my car in to ask if they could look at it before driving back down to Denver. A warning light had come on and I was very anxious to drive it without a professional assessment. Jake saw me without an appointment and was SO exceptionally kind, thorough, accommodating and professional! He not only assessed my car, addressed the problem but also helped me by providing me with a recommended plan of how I should continue to follow up once I’d returned back down to Denver. So much more than I’d anticipated but SO incredibly helpful and generous! Jake truly stands out as an individual who greatly cares about customer service and is a respectful and good person. I (and my friends) highly recommend them for any work you need done on your car!! It’s so reassuring to know there are warm hearted, ethical and competent car shops right here in Eagle! They deserve all the business we can direct their way! Special gratitude for Jake!

Truly appreciative of these guys who work here! My duaghter had a huge piece of sheet metal hit her car on the highway while driving, and it got stuck in her grill. These gentlemen helped her remove it and get her bumper back to where she could safely drive her car home. She was all by herself far from family. So thankful to you guys for taking care of her free of charge - that means the world to this mom!!

I took my car to performance as my car kept overheating and I didn’t want to drive it back through the canyon. They were very welcoming even though I was stressed out and didn’t know what to do. I decided to leave my car with them and they diagnosed it to be a head gasket issue which I got repaired. It was expensive but not in comparison to other places I looked at. My car is running perfectly now. Overall I thought they were very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use performance again if I am in the area. I have a 2012 Subaru Outback.

After being quoted thousands of dollars for a new transmission at a shop upvalley, I talked to Ian and he recommended to tow my car to Performance. They took a look at it and found a clogged transmission filter that was not letting any fluid it. They replaced it and had my car running. I can't be more thankful.Service: Transmission

The business was purchased. The old guys were great after walking in and meeting the guy at the desk I immediately walked out and made an appointment somewhere else for thousands of dollars worth of work. Simply because they're unfriendly and the guy is anything but impressed that you're there. They have work because people feel they have no other place to take anything. It would really suggest going somewhere where there are nice people

I paid a large amount of money to replace my front brakes and ABS system but my ABS light kept coming on. The brakes kept giving out making it extremely unsafe to drive anywhere. I contacted them multiple times and they said its probably nothing until it kept happening. I dropped my truck off for a week for them to experience the brakes giving out while driving. They claimed to have driven the truck around town multiple times claiming there wasn't a problem but when I picked up my truck the the odometer was the exact same. So clearly they didn't drive it at all. My battery was also dead when I came to pick up my truck which required it to be jumped, so clearly they did nothing to see if there was a problem. I would never go back to this place especially since they clearly lied and have put my family's lives in danger driving our vehicle. I now have to spend even more money at a different location to fix what they couldn't.Service: General repairs & maintenance
