“I stored my travel trailer for almost five years. Sometimes I didn’t see the trailer for a year, but never had any rodent or bug problems. They keep the facility so clean! If anything ever came up they were always so quick to respond and so helpful!! I highly recommend renting here!”

“This is my 2nd year reserving a unit ahead of time, as soon as I reserved it I get a phone call confirming my move in date and making some rearrangement and by the time we moved in staff was on site available to assist us and answer any of our concerns. The pricing is great has been around the same price range as last year and location is convenient right near the unc campus for my daughter. I can say AAA king is the place to go!”
“This is a great place to store your items because of the manager John. Anytime I needed something or wanted my account checked, John got me the information I was looking for right away.
When I was at my unit, I saw him going around the property picking up trash. He noticed I had some broken glass in my unit and asked if he could sweep it up for me. I said I’d really appreciate it, and he went ahead and took care of it. Then kept going around the property cleaning up.
That was very kind of him to take the time to stop, noticed the broken glass, and offered to help without me even asking. That’s awesome. That’s the kind of service you can expect here, and it’s why I definitely recommend storing your items here. John is a great manager!”

“I've had my storage for a couple years now. It's the smallest one they have. The price was decent until this year, when the price for a 5x8 jumped to $80. The price went up $15 last year and $25 this year. Other than this, I've never had any issues.”
“I had to move this past weekend and originally reserved a UHaul. When I went to pick it up they had no trucks available although I had a reservation. I called all over town frantically looking for a truck. I believe it was the owner (I’m terrible with names and that day was super stressful) who showed up here for me to pick up a Penske on his off day. He was friendly, timely and provided great customer service. Thanks again for helping my family get moved!”
