“So far the team at Mountain Shadows Storage has been great. The lease process was simple and quick. Access to our unit is very easy - I love how wide the area is between buildings/units (enough for parked cars/moving trucks and cars to get past you while loading and unloading). Unit was clean and looked well maintained upon arrival. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend checking them out!”

I called all over town frantically looking for a truck. I believe it was the owner (I’m terrible with names and that day was super stressful) who showed up here for me to pick up a Penske on his off day. He was friendly, timely and provided great customer service. Thanks again for helping my family get moved!”

“I don't know what to say about a storage facility. ? It's clean and easy to navigate once inside (major roads to the facility are under construction which is an out of the way detour). I have to say if you got stuff or junk to store here is a place to do it!!”

Emily -the property manager- was awesome in making things organized and orderly. She helped me get the correct lock for my unit and was helpful in the move-out process. “I've had my storage for a couple years now. It's the smallest one they have. The price was decent until this year, when the price for a 5x8 jumped to $80. The price went up $15 last year and $25 this year. Other than this, I've never had any issues.”

So I don’t mind paying the extra money. And with no problems paying every month I am happy with my unit! I wish they had an online option to pay but other than that 100% would recommend! “There's two different managers. I don't care what anyone says. I rented a unit here & when I returned back after the weekend; I felt my mama's intuition tell me my son was in the back room in the office; so I went in and I asked if I could get my son & bring him with me, she replied; I guess so, why are you asking me? I said because I need you to unlock this gate so I can go get him out of that room. She responded, I'm the manager here I'm going to have to ask you to leave. I guess she didn't recognize me. One has really sad child like eyes & one has evil looking eyes. They are NOT the same person.”
