βI haven't set foot in this store since they changed things around inside. It is different, but works well. I came in this evening to just look around. I was in the area and needed to go to a business nearby. When I was done, I figured why not stop in at the good ol' Ace. I'm glad I did. I'm telling you folks, if you want to shop at Ace, then come here to this store. I did see many new items I would like to buy for the holidays this year. As always, I was greeted well, and checked on from time to time by associates. Good to see customer service is excellent here as always. Just wanted to say I'm glad to see things here going well. Now that I have reason to come to this area of town again for other business purposes, I will be shopping at this Ace again for many things as well.β

Terrific classes - I highly recommend the following: Sharpening Wood Turning Tools & Chisels (Marcel); Turning a Pepper Mill (Jim); Mini River Table (Josh); Acrylic Pen Turning (Hannah) as ones I've really appreciated. It's a great chance to learn techniques and gain skills for home wood working.β

βIf you love tools Charlie's is a great place to visit! An unbelievable selection of used tools from most major brands including names like Snap On, Craftsman, and Armstrong (just to name a few). Prices are reasonable, and the people are great.β

Got it done for a fair place. Only down thing is that I had to call and ck on it. They were supposed to call when it was done.

βThis place is amazing. I have a sub-panel that was the original breaker panel in a 70 year old house until the electrical service was upgraded. One of those old breakers gave up the ghost and it seemed the only alternative was to replace the whole panel at major expense. Luckily, ElectriConnection has an extensive inventory of old but tested breakers. Amazingly they had exactly what I needed in stock!These guys literally saved me thousands of dollars - with a smile and great customer service. They are hidden in a small cluster of industrial service shops but not that hard to find.β

I've done business with Johnstone for almost 4 years, and they have been great to work with from day one. From the counter guys, like Christian Alonzo, Anders, Curtis, Terry, Sal, Josh, Eric, Glen, Doron, Shane, Jeff, TJ, and Tim to the guys in Will Call like Jason, they have all been phenomenal to work with and incredibly helpful! Even the folks upstairs on the phones like Karen, Janelle, and Marcia. Just awesome! There have been times when I've simply called Johnstone to ask a question about compatibility or functionality on a product and had no intentions of buying. Yet they were there to help as always!
Johnstone is by no means going to be the cheapest option, though at times they will be, but when you work with Johnstone, there is a sense of quality, knowledge and customer service that you simply don't find at most supply houses.β

Iβve been going to this harbor freight for about 2 years now and have never left disappointed. The customer service is fantastic, whether that when Iβm checking out or just asking a question about an item. When Iβve gone in to warranty a tool it takes all but a couple of minutes, super fast and easy. I also recently got a tool box from them and the process couldnβt have been better. Arrived in a timely manner and when they were loading it into my truck they took great care of it and was super careful with my truck!β

The range of tool prices allows the opportunity to consider how much a particular tool will be used and for how long. Mechanics hand tools are a great example of a range of quality that provides a short-term stop-gap or long-term investment. If I encounter an unexpected equipment failure without the correct tool with me to fix the problem, Harbor Freight has a very inexpensive option to get out of the situation. A one and done hand tool may not be the best, but I will accomplish the task without a time-consuming trek home to fetch the tool I was caught without. Harbor Freight also has a great selection of hand tools I'm proud to have in my toolbox thst are long term investments, that expand the collection I've spent 40 years building and expect to use often for the next 40years. Quality tools that will cost more than an emergency stop gap measure, but reasonably priced and trusted for anything I need for equipment maintenance and repairs.
Harbor Freight is a hard-working tradesman's best option in an emergency or long-term.β
