“I haven't set foot in this store since they changed things around inside. It is different, but works well. I came in this evening to just look around. I was in the area and needed to go to a business nearby. When I was done, I figured why not stop in at the good ol' Ace. I'm glad I did. I'm telling you folks, if you want to shop at Ace, then come here to this store. I did see many new items I would like to buy for the holidays this year. As always, I was greeted well, and checked on from time to time by associates. Good to see customer service is excellent here as always. Just wanted to say I'm glad to see things here going well. Now that I have reason to come to this area of town again for other business purposes, I will be shopping at this Ace again for many things as well.”

I’ve been going to this harbor freight for about 2 years now and have never left disappointed. The customer service is fantastic, whether that when I’m checking out or just asking a question about an item. When I’ve gone in to warranty a tool it takes all but a couple of minutes, super fast and easy. I also recently got a tool box from them and the process couldn’t have been better. Arrived in a timely manner and when they were loading it into my truck they took great care of it and was super careful with my truck!”
