“As the name indicates there is a lake nearby. It is behind the buildings and cannot be seen unless you go behind the buildings. Just a helpful tip. Also it's fenced in. And owned by rich people. Who don't like it when you get in their lake. I offered to take my socks off but it didn't help.”

“This is a very accessible shopping area including inside of the King Soopers there is a Starbucks and inside of the parking lot there is an ice cream place in a variety of places to eat including pizza and more.”
“All the stores are pretty good in this marketplace. There is a grocery spot a coffee place Dairy Queen a Mexican restaurant and a vet office so a little of everything. The lot is always clean and usually not too crowded.”

The h Mart is my favorite, sweet tomatoes is a delicious place to eat, my cousins used to work at Joe's Crab Shack for many years & my little sisters baby shower was at Joe's Crab Shack. Live near by since I was very little so we always come up here for great eating & shopping experiences! There is a few other great shopping centers and near by as well”
“I love this laundromat. I do my laundry during the week. Not on weekends. The staff is great. Got to play area for the kids for families. Tuesday through Thursday you get a discount. But always friendly and willing to let me in early because I work nights. I couldn't thank them more. I will always be a loyal customer.”

“I go to the 711 here all the time it's cool everyone there is nice. My only complaint would be that they run out of cold brew vanilla all the time and there creamer cooler dispenser thing has been broken for like 5 months so that sucks but it's whatever”
“So many great shops. Balloon Inn is a great dive bar with pool, games, great people and bartenders. Kathy’s is a cute Colorado gift store. Sweet lady! There is a liquor store, vape shop. Bakery! If you can make it to bakery after they close they give free left over bread away. Left on table in front.”

“There is a brand new laundrymat in the backside of the building. It has an attendant that works there who is helpful and nice. They have a card they give you to be stamped for a free wash and dry after so many visits. The place can weigh and do your laundry for you. It's prices are reasonable. Oh and you can take the carts outside to load and unload your laundry. Definitely a plus.”

“Very cool little spot. Local vendors from brews to ice cream to tee shirts and chocolate. We went kind of late so some of the shops were closed for the day. There is a food court and a monster bar in here. Would come again especially for the food aspect”
