“This bank had the nicest employees with great service. Yes citywide is not a massive bank with 24-7 service so things aren't instant, but they treat you as a person not just a account number. They try their hardest to help with any issues or concerns. As a local I am happy with my account here and will certainly recommend them to anyone!”
