“I don't mountain bike often (mostly road bike now) but every once in a while I want to get back out on the dirt. My mountain bike is old, and the day I wanted to ride the Everkrispt trail in EagleVail, my front brake wasn't working. I took it to The Kind Bikes & Skis in West Vail and worked with Hayden. He was great, and I ordered brakes (front & back since they were getting old, too) and then, in order to get me out on a mountain bike ride, he suggested I demo one of their mountain bikes. They had one my size in the Edwards location and there I worked with Taylor, who was awesome, too! So knowledgeable and kind and helpful! Loved the Stump Jumper and the newer technology - way more than my old bike had! Taylor also showed me some

“I needed my brakes serviced so I originally took my bike to pedal power as that is where I purchased it. They told me they could not help me for about 6 weeks. I sympathize with shop owners struggling to retain employees to provide service, but I was nevertheless disappointed. I went to Moontime and they were most helpful. I will have my bike back in a few days. I’m very appreciative.
