“We have had quite the day. Our thule key broke and we had no idea what to do. All of our stuff was in there and we were truly at a loss. We went into home depot seeing if there was any tool we could buy or something and that’s when we met our savior. Tim. Tim took valuable time out of his day to help us and managed to get the thule open without even having to break it.
