“Great experience at Budget Tires and Auto Care. I was halfway to Marble when my tire sensor went off. I limped back to Carbondale at 3:30 to be turned away from the first place I stopped for repair. The team at Budget Tires and Auto Care took care of this leak for us in a prompt and professional manner. They charged a fair price and were very pleasant. We will be back for our future tire needs. “We were on vacation. Family of 4, and in the mountains, with no cell service. We ran over something in the road that caused a flat tire.I had enough time to go in reverse to this garage...in hopes of a tire plug and be on my way. No such luck.Now, understand this. He had me to where he could have soaked me for tires and so many other horror stories that go with this scenario.I told him, "Please get 2 new tires asap, and notify us when done."There happened to be a bus stop RIGHT THERE to take us into town where our lodging for the night was.We put our trust in Midstate, and the next day... got a call fairly early saying my truck was ready. Needless to say, I was relieved.By the time we got on the right bus to take us there, it was about 3:30 p.m., and my truck had 2 new matching tires on it.My ONE issue I found after cleaning all of the dirt off from the trip was that one of my rims has 2 pretty visible scratches in the gloss black oversized rims.I DO feel I am owed a new rim because of this, and a garage that prides itself should stand behind their work.I can clearly see that the rim was heavy and was dropped on the brake caliper. That's where the scratches came from. If not that, a runaway impact drills either on or off process.Other than that, I have nothing but excellent things to say about this garage.1 new rim is in order, though. I hope he reaches out to me and makes good on this.”
