“The Bankers were very helpful. Clean new bank. They froze my account after I made a 3000. Cashier check deposit from Ent. Also it was two weeks after I moved from Arizona. I COULD NOT GET ANY HELP FROM MY OLD BRANCH OR ANYONE ELSE. SO I drove up to the nearest location to my new address. Elizabeth, Colorado .Christine the teller was very professional and waited on the line with the fraud department but still could not get anywhere . It had already be three weeks and THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT HAD REFUSED MY MONTHLY SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENT.The teller Christine said she would tell the manager first thing Next business day and have her call me . Gen Boots did call me fist thing the next day and said that she had already talked to the fraud department. The fraud department told her it would be 7 to 10 days to look into it. She told me that was not going to work for her it had already been to long. She said she would call me the next day to tell what progress she had made. Before 2:00 pm the next day she had left me a message saying that my account was un frozen and if I needed anything this was her direct line. This branch and these people are the only reason I'm not going to close my accounts with BMO.”

“Cannot thank the team at the Elizabeth branch. I made a mistake in needing an appointment for a critical transfer. The manager and banker saw how stressed I was and did everything in their power to get it completed for me asap. I truly appreciate how much they rose to occasion and calmed my nerves. They did not have to do that but that did and that is I why I am part of a community bank because other banks would have probably told me to kick rocks. Thank you Elizabeth CoBnk team!!!”
