I had some work done on my car by a different company and let’s just say, it was below standard, and unsafe.
I went to Brakes Plus hoping they could help fix whatever the last company did to my car, and they not only fixed the issue, actually “issues”, but they exceeded my expectations with their exemplary customer service. I felt like I had known them for years. Not only were they transparent, honest and just GOOD caring people, but Joselynn actually recommended I change my tires as they were super low on tread going into winter. I knew they were but I just didn’t want to part with money. I thought about the safety of my children being in my car and said let’s do it. So whilst I was there, John said if I call up Discount Tire, we can run the wheels over to them and have them changed whilst my brakes were being done. John offered to take me in his personal vehicle to get these tires of mine done, because it was EASIER FOR ME! I mean talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND!
I had new rotors, brake pads, alignment, windshield wipers and an oil change done and my god, my car feels brand new again, and most of all, SAFE!!
Ben worked on my car and he was such a GOOD person and technician.
Whilst I was there for around 5 hours getting all of this done, I would overhear customers coming in saying how other places are charging them ridiculous prices and services, and can they check it out. One of the customers for example I spoke to said a place was quoting around $5000 for some work, Brakes Plus found the issue and it wouldn’t cost nowhere near $5000, also the issue they quoted wouldn’t have even really fixed it. These days we need to take care of our money, people ripping us off left right and center.
John, Joselynn, Ben and team will have your back. If you want to pay a good price and know it’s good quality work by people WHO ACTUALLY CARE, trust me and go see them!!!

“After staring at a Teraflex "Leveling" kit on my bench for 2 years, my Daughter talked me in to calling Matt at GarageWorks to get the work done on my 2018 JKU Rubicon. I remembered Matt from a Fundraiser he helped sponsor a few years back. I told him I wanted 35" tires, but I'm old and prefer a softer ride. I also told him I tow the Jeep behind a motorhome and I won't hear things coming apart, and probably won't see things going wrong in the camera until they catch fire or fall off. Matt put together a custom package for me considering everything I said and personally explained every choice he offered, including the need for robustness in some areas for a vehicle being towed. I respected his choices and his shop does full alignment right there on new equipment instead of dragging your partially assembled vehicle to another place hoping to get a good job done. The finished job yielded exactly what I was looking for! The perfect height for my Step-Sliders to be effective and the ride is fantastic. I am so happy I had it professionally done and it turns out his shop is full service pointing out I have a few seals leaking that i should address next time in.”

“I recently had a truly exceptional experience at Nylund's Collision Center, thanks to Sean and Dan. I had had a very unusual request for their help to fix a mangled rental trailer that I had damaged a few days prior and while this is certainly not something within the auto body shop's wheel house - and something Sean could have told me they weren't in a position to be able to help out with - Sean kindly offered to see what he could do to help when I called him on the phone asking for help.

Sean and his extraordinarily skilled team-member, Dan, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs first thing on a Monday morning, showing a level of selflessness, kindness, and graciousness that’s hard to find these days.

When I arrived (having never been there before) Sean was quick to greet me and they jumped into action without hesitation. Their selflessness was evident as they prioritized my situation, ensuring I felt taken care of every step of the way. Sean and Dan were incredibly considerate, immediately going out of their way to tackle the challenging job, despite it requiring multiple tools and devices (and brute labor) in order to complete the task at hand.

What struck me most was their hard work and determination, despite having no obligation whatsoever to help me out. Despite a busy schedule, they tackled my repairs with efficiency and skill, demonstrating their commitment to quality service. I left the shop feeling not just satisfied, but with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and genuine appreciation as a customer.

“First off I have been driving for 45 some years so have worked on my own vehicles when I could. Now I dont have the skills or the ability to do that with my illnessess. So I asked my office who is trustworthy and I got a few to check out. One also sounded good but it was a bigger business so it was much more overhead for the cost. I went with Doug and will always go with him and highly recommed him to others. It really is hard to find peopple/ companies that one will be trustworthy but two that works just as hard to keep the costs down. This is huge considering these days and we all are trying to stretch the dollars. I wish I knew Doug before I purchased my vehicle to find out some issues or things to use for more bargining power. Also if some things he doesnt' do then can recommend another trustworthy person who also understands about that we all need to try and make our dollars stretch these days. I was given a glass and muffler person to call for some of my issues also that he gave me. I alwasy try to do the next right thing to complete strangers and people I know. Its awesome to also find people who do this in life. Besides just work my vehicle is very important because of volunteering to help with dog transports 5 hours one way, so its important my vehicle works. Forever a customer and you all will not regret it.”
