“Good pricing and prompt service.. I did notice that the Febi Bilstien dpf pressure sensor replacement part had a very similar made in Malaysia label to the half price ones on scamazon, although it does have a legit looking box for what thats worth.. now the oem ones on my car also do not have any VW markings, vw part numbers or a manufacturer I recognize (vemo?) so who knows? I will say it looks quality, it works no issue, and it's a quarter of the price of an OEM one / the swap out is about at hard as checking your oil, which is why I rolled the dice here in the first place.”

I needed an oil change and did an inspection on my car at 100 k and let me know of all the things that were dangerously in need of updating. I did my due diligence and shopped around. Pro Auto Care was the best priced, professional and clean and friendly.
UPDATE: I've gotten a new-to-me used luxury sedan and they are extremely knowledgeable about this car. They even talked me out of a modification I wanted to add to my car because it would not be a good move in the long run. They could have done it and taken my money, but they educated me and I appreciate that.”

“Christy at Thompson Automotive was truly a blessing to me and my boyfriend!!! We were in town for a concert and we got strained due to an issue with my Jeep. The water pump went out unexpectedly which her team replaced the water pump, thermostat and a/c hose!!! And they didn’t in a timely manner and they kept us in the loop with phone calls and pictures!!! I would definitely recommend this shop for all your mechanical needs !!! “I always love coming here to get my car serviced! All of the staff is kind and so knowledgeable and they stand by their work. I had a grinding noise happen in my brakes a few months after they serviced them and then when I brought it in for the regular oil change they checked that out, located what was going on, and fixed it up under warranty for me!”

“I had an issue with my front suspension. Brought vehicle in to Keller Bros. They replaced the control arm and ball joint. Margret Keller, one of the founders, text me the next day and ask how the repair was. I replied that I wasn't sure. Car ran smoothly after the repair, but i notice a bit of noise in the left front end (may have not notice it because it was new or because of the racket the control arm and ball joints were making). She said I should bring the car back and talk to Chris, the General Manager. When I called he already knew about the problem. Brought the car in. They found a crack in the left front Steering Knuckle. He said it was rusted and cracked, and he didn't know if it was already there, or they might have damaged or made it worse during the initial repair. He gave me (the customer) the benefit of the doubt and under their 36 month warranty, they replace it, no charge. Chris was great, and the car is running smoothly. I'm definitely impressed with their genuine concern and flexibility as well as taking responsibility for something that may or may not have been related to the original repair. They have my trust, a most valuable asset”

“Great shop, The services I had done to my car were done in a timely manner, and I feel the mechanics and the service advisor/manager were truly honest about what my car needed. Tommy Lee at the counter and the mechanics in the back are real straight shooters that know their stuff. If you're looking for an honest shop, that wont just try to up-sell you anything they can, these guys are great! They take the time to properly diagnose a vehicle instead of just throwing parts at it. “A couple weeks ago, I had an appointment with another shop to get my brakes replaced the day before I was leaving town. The other shop turned me away when I arrived, so I walked into Hartman Auto hoping they could help me on such short notice, but knowing it was a huge ask. Russ and Rene were so kind and took a look at my car, confirming that my brakes weren't safe to drive with anymore. They were willing to stay late to help me, someone who had never been a customer before, to make sure my brakes were safe before my trip. They communicated with me all day about the process and the pricing was competitive. I highly recommend them and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”

“Sales staff went above and beyond with their service and communications. They even worked up a special on adding a fridge to the Land Rover LR4 and replaced all the rubber since one of the tires had a chunk of metal in the tread. Any other dealership would have plugged it and not said a word. The sales staff at Jaguar Lakewood have integrity and integrity matters.

“Traveling from Southwest Colorado through the mountains to Centennial was a scary ride for me last Friday. I was recommended by a friend to Jon. If you want someone that practices their trade with excellence and integrity this is the place to go for auto repair. I don’t even live in this state and just got lucky enough to be a little over a mile from him. He replaced front bearings, rear brakes, oil change for me, which was due. And then checked all fluids, including transmission, drained everything out of the front differential which what I understand is for the 4 x 4 in my truck. What he drained out looks like white green gunk because there was water in that oil, I had no idea. He sent a sample of what he drained for me to take back, and recommended I have my mechanic look at the front differential. After draining it he replaced the oil for me in the differential. Did not charge me for any of that differential work. cleaned the underside of my truck just so they could work. It’s a farm truck and it was pretty nasty. Made copious notes for my mechanic. Brayden, his son, and Jon Are you go to guys for auto repair. They’ve been in business 42 years auto repairs is just like anything else you’re going to purchase. You’re either going to buy the best and know it’s a very good product or you’re gonna buy the cheaper one and replace it again in six months to a year. I chose the best and so glad I did!”
