I did notice that the Febi Bilstien dpf pressure sensor replacement part had a very similar made in Malaysia label to the half price ones on scamazon, although it does have a legit looking box for what thats worth.. now the oem ones on my car also do not have any VW markings, vw part numbers or a manufacturer I recognize (vemo?) so who knows? I will say it looks quality, it works no issue, and it's a quarter of the price of an OEM one / the swap out is about at hard as checking your oil, which is why I rolled the dice here in the first place.”

“I had an issue with my front suspension. Brought vehicle in to Keller Bros. They replaced the control arm and ball joint. Margret Keller, one of the founders, text me the next day and ask how the repair was. I replied that I wasn't sure. Car ran smoothly after the repair, but i notice a bit of noise in the left front end (may have not notice it because it was new or because of the racket the control arm and ball joints were making). She said I should bring the car back and talk to Chris, the General Manager. When I called he already knew about the problem. Brought the car in. They found a crack in the left front Steering Knuckle. He said it was rusted and cracked, and he didn't know if it was already there, or they might have damaged or made it worse during the initial repair. He gave me (the customer) the benefit of the doubt and under their 36 month warranty, they replace it, no charge. Chris was great, and the car is running smoothly. I'm definitely impressed with their genuine concern and flexibility as well as taking responsibility for something that may or may not have been related to the original repair. They have my trust, a most valuable asset”

“Just moved into the neighborhood and they were very close by. I needed an oil change and did an inspection on my car at 100 k and let me know of all the things that were dangerously in need of updating. I did my due diligence and shopped around. Pro Auto Care was the best priced, professional and clean and friendly.
UPDATE: I've gotten a new-to-me used luxury sedan and they are extremely knowledgeable about this car. They even talked me out of a modification I wanted to add to my car because it would not be a good move in the long run. They could have done it and taken my money, but they educated me and I appreciate that.”

“Great shop, The services I had done to my car were done in a timely manner, and I feel the mechanics and the service advisor/manager were truly honest about what my car needed. Tommy Lee at the counter and the mechanics in the back are real straight shooters that know their stuff. If you're looking for an honest shop, that wont just try to up-sell you anything they can, these guys are great! They take the time to properly diagnose a vehicle instead of just throwing parts at it. “A couple weeks ago, I had an appointment with another shop to get my brakes replaced the day before I was leaving town. The other shop turned me away when I arrived, so I walked into Hartman Auto hoping they could help me on such short notice, but knowing it was a huge ask. Russ and Rene were so kind and took a look at my car, confirming that my brakes weren't safe to drive with anymore. They were willing to stay late to help me, someone who had never been a customer before, to make sure my brakes were safe before my trip. They communicated with me all day about the process and the pricing was competitive. I highly recommend them and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”
