Branch manager gives the customer wrong info and sends the customer away.Branch manager told me that an IRA account should be funded immediately when an IRA acct is opened. She sent me away to bring the check. Actually, according to Key Bank IRA department a new IRA account should be funded within 30 days.

Never open a debit card in this bank, I would recommend bank of america instead of key bank. At Bank of America, you mean something to an employee.

No tellers work here so if the consultants are in an appointment you're screwed. This is the worse branch I've ever visited. They don't even acknowledge that you're waiting for them. A huge fail on their part.

I opened an account here more than two weeks ago and I still don’t have my card. I called today wondering what happened, apparently this female banker who opened my account, who’s name starts with K, didn’t enter my address correctly! And my card was mailed to incorrect address. If this is the way they handle your money, I would have a second thought wether or not to bank with them.

Have had ongoing issues with this bank for a year now. Randy the manager is not helpful and has attitude if you ask for help. He told me I could sit in the lobby and wait but nothing was going to speed up the process. He had to make a phone call. Since then i have asked for help with my online banking, he is the only one that can do that. I have sent multiple emails. Called multiple times, left voicemails and have never heard back. The fact that he sets the standard for that location is awful. The rest of the crew was great and did what they could. But his actions and interaction with clients needs to be addressed.

Unfortunately the service here was painfully slow. The teller was so slow that it made clerks at the DMV look like race car drivers. Not good if you need to handle banking related business on your lunch break. I'll have to research other options before I return to this location.

Randy the branch manager here is hands down the best bank employee I have ever dealt with. He helped me set up a few business accounts and made it the easiest process I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Randy!!!

There is a very big lack of customer service at this branch. I opened a new checking account with a bonus after direct deposit was set up. The money should’ve been direct deposited in January this year I called the branch five times and they always told me someone would call me back and has never happened or been resolved. I then called the branch manager three-four times now and he said he’ll get it handled and does absolutely nothing. It’s $600 you’re supposed to give to me, I would tell anybody that opens up a new account here with any kind of bonus or even if there’s no bonus to take your money into a different bank than key. Biggest joke I’ve ever seen. I guess it’s time to reach out to the person above the branch manager because he absolutely does not follow through on anything that he says he’s going to. Would think three-four times talking to me on the phone would be enough. So sad and frustrating.Response see and need a email address to send the case number to please.
