1 hour wait for an appointment just to not be seen. To be told the Labcorp system changed and they couldn’t see my lab. They are very understaffed.

The employees are great and I feel really bad for them because this office is incredibly understaffed. It’s unacceptable to have only two people working here. The waiting times are insane and take longer than the kiosk tells you. You can have an appointment and they still won’t be able to see you.

Staff doesn't seem to care, extremely slow response time, over 90 minute wait despite being here before several other people being called back. Top of the waiting list for atleast an hour. Wouldn't come back if I didn't need to. Absolutely ridiculous
