The selection is described as incredible, extremely wide, above average, and eclectic, with nice hidden gems, making for a hard but good choice. The staff is consistently noted as great, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, super helpful, and always willing to answer questions and offer suggestions. The lounge provides plenty of elbow room, an outdoor seating area, free wifi, and chill fellow customers. While the humidor can sometimes be untidy with empty boxes and the pricing system for singles is noted as unclear, the overall experience is considered the best spot in Denver and worth a special trip.
