Coal Creek Car Wash offers a variety of services, including automatic and self-serve car washes, as well as a dog wash. The self-serve car wash provides good value, with $4 offering plenty of time to clean a car thoroughly, and $1 vacuuming that lasts long enough for a sedan. The automatic wash is reliable, and staff are helpful and eager to resolve issues, often offering free washes if problems occur. Customers appreciate the friendly service and quick assistance when needed. The dog wash is a standout feature, with a 10-minute wash costing $10, water pressure that works well, and shampoo and conditioner provided. The blow dryer has two levels to suit dogs with different preferences. Some minor issues like broken vacuums and payment system limitations have been noted, but overall, Coal Creek Car Wash is praised for its good service, helpful staff, and convenient options for both cars and pets.
Clean and plenty of stalls. There was a person to make sure each of the stalls were clean.

last time i went, it appeared a significant portion of the Erie population just straight up forgot how a car wash worked. I legitimately saw a guy roll his window down to stick his head out, and he looked somewhat surprised that he was getting wet. Freaking hysterical.

Good car wash, the brushes were clean and soapy, I would have given five stars but the wax option was lacking, walked around the car a couple times but no wax, short wait time.
