PreSoak was not working in the bay we used. Otherwise it's an affordable option to cleaning you car.

Worked as advertised and didn’t have any issues with the pre-soak or water. My only complaint was that it takes a while for the hose to switch from the soap to the water (~10 sec delay). Would come back again considering all other car washes are too expensive these days
