“I ordered mega press parts from the Greeley, Co. location. When I went to pick up my parts, they were rude, disrespectful, lazy, vaping at the counter, ordered the wrong parts then accused me of everything that went wrong. After one of them said, " you're killing me!", I left. I am a combat veteran of 4 wars, so his statement made me very mad. I called the Louisville location. They apologized for Greeley, researched to be sure I got the correct parts, called me right back, called me right when my parts came in, and treated me like I was the most important person in the room. These guys are an excellent rep for an excellent company.”

Listened to our reservations about specific colors. Offered so much guidance! The boys and whatnot that the companies supply for you to pick from.... Don't use them. Mary has likely now added a decent amount of options during our mission to find another option. Not a single ounce of hesitation on Mary's part and she was busy. Typical Sunday busy with all kinds of customers. However Mary pretty much took care of our crazy struggle to select a freaking stain. Such a headache but she totally made this survivable! Staff is a little on the thin side (aka understaffed store) so if you need a lot of help, drive across the street to Ace. Big R is the only place I’ve found that sells ranch supplies in the suburbs like chicken coops and gates. And chics. They have very good pricing on gates and posts. They carry tack and feed and generally have different clientele than the regular hardware store.”

“I have been to many different Home Depot’s all around Colorado, but the Broomfield location is by far the most helpful, respectful, and friendly warehouse I have been to. Not only do the people actually greet you when you walk in and are respectful but it stays consistent! I am at this location at least one a week, we are local, and we own a small business that is supported by the pro staff here at Home Depot and it’s great! (Roberta) is an amazing help with any account set up needs and always greets with a smile! I also want to mention (Nate) who has become my new friend as well due to his awesome personality and his kind heart! He pretty much does any and everything needed to keep the place up and running! He is an amazing help with loading the materials when needed and the outside of the building is always kept up with. So I completely recommend coming to the Broomfield Home Depot and seeing for yourselves how great the staff is there!”

“I used to pass a Lowe's all day to go to Home Depot due to the amazing customer service, however over the past several years (at least in the Denver metro area) Home Depot had lost its customer service touch and I would go wherever was closer. My experience at the Home Depot in Longmont today exceeded my expectations. It's inherently intimidating to walk into a hardware store as a woman, however I was stopped/greeted, and asked if I needed help by no less than 4-5 people during my short trip around the store. Not only that, the associates seemed not only happy to provide assistance, but eager to make sure their answer as far as the location of something was accurate by inquiring with a nearby associate when needed. And it wasn't just me... I saw several other people being helped. THIS is the Home Depot I remember and feel so welcome to. Thank you Home Depot Longmont for such an amazing experience!”

He was speaking loudly and throwing credit cards at her aggressively while demanding an item be returned outside of his return window.
