“Bought a Saw Stop CTS from Tool Zone and the table top was out of flat. Tool Zone let me exchange it, no questions asked. Phenomenal customer service, can't recommend these guys enough.”
“The Thornton Ace Hardware does so much more for the average homeowner that a big box store does not do. They fill in where the big box stores fall off the cliff. And their prices are almost the same as big box stores. At the Thornton location, it was Mark who went out of way to help me out. Service still exists at Ace.”
“If you want the supplies you need, in an affordable and timely manner, talk to Bryce at Western Tool & Supply. I am consistently impressed with his efforts to go above and beyond in delivering what I need for my business to thrive.”
“Looked around all night and early day to find vitamin for chicks or chickens, Walmart has advertised they had poultry vitamins on their website. Showed up and nothing, the one only store that advertised and DID have it was Big R stores!!! Never been or heard of this store. But the clerk was nothing but respectful and I lasted less than 10 minutes and came out happy as can with my items. The store itself was very clean, cute and big, a variety of items for all kinds of animals and not difficult to navigate, I truly liked this store, I almost went back to purchase one of their big cute stuffed animals. I loved it here!!”
“we stopped in to replace a special bulb..we were unable to find it and qere waiting for the light specualist to assist us when T-Roy approached and asked if we needed help (which is always lovely!). “Mary Carpenter, in paint. Total life saver. Second trip for stain after a blooper of a mess with our first attempt. She was so patient and helpful. Listened to our reservations about specific colors. Offered so much guidance! The boys and whatnot that the companies supply for you to pick from.... Don't use them. Mary has likely now added a decent amount of options during our mission to find another option. Not a single ounce of hesitation on Mary's part and she was busy. Typical Sunday busy with all kinds of customers. However Mary pretty much took care of our crazy struggle to select a freaking stain. Such a headache but she totally made this survivable! Thanks again Mary! You rock!”
“Linda, in the tool rental center, went above and beyond to help fix a rental issue. I had issues with a dump trailer and a tractor that was rented together and she was able to make it right. Top notch customer service and very knowledgeable. It turned a challenging experience into a positive one. Thank you Linda!”

“Feels very welcoming, very friendly staff! There was a lot of variety of products, visited a location in Westminster and completely opposite of this Thornton location.”
