“I know that it sounds a little bit insane to say that my experience at this Pharmacy has been life-changing But truly, it has. I have multiple Chronic illnesses and take multiple medications so I see the people at the pharmacy all the time. Before Switching to the Safeway Pharmacy in Erie My experience at others Was sterile and cold, Walk in get medication And the staff didn’t even recognize me after coming every week for months. The staff at this Pharmacy is Friendly, knowledgeable, caring about their customers and also Incredibly good at there jobs. Francis and Kelsey are incredible Pharmacists and I’ve personally seen them go above and beyond for not only me but other customers when it comes to prescriptions. The techs are incredible as well. The retail Pharmacy game is incredibly hard And corporations don’t make it any easier. So It’s truly amazing to see a community of people Be able to thrive and give top notch support When all odds are stacked against them. I literally could not recommend a place enough. Kelsey in Particular Is always thoughtful and Professional Especially in complex situations. I literally Could not be more complementary of a team of people Worked with In the medical space.”

Tom helped me figure out exactly what to get the doctor to send through to ensure maximum flexibility moving forward, and Mihwa found a location along my driving route that had it in stock and stayed on the phone with them until they pulled it for me to ensure it would be waiting when I arrived.”

“This Walgreens has been one of the original stores in this area, going back to when the nearby homes in Erie Commons were been built, so it has been a staple of my family for buying snacks and last minute items. They also sell spirit gear from the local high school: Erie Tigers. It's a regular Walgreens, but it also carries ice cream, milk, cereals, and an assortment of groceries that is wonderful so you can avoid driving to the supermarkets. It has a drive through pharmacy, and plenty of parking.”

“Marcus was phenomenal in his help. I called in and he was very professional on the phone. Then I realized I printed out my forms as a photo not a document and he told me what to do to fix that and stayed late to print out my documents correctly. He checked me out at the photo center as well. Very kind, helpful and professional. Liam asked if I needed any help, very attentive. I wish all interactions at establishments were like this. They are great examples of Walgreens employees.”
