“NICK P is the man! Thank you so much to Nick P. for saving the day. My husband works nights and his truck broke down right before his shift. In the morning he called several companies and waited all day! Finally the roadside assistance company (we will not name - rhymes with hay, hay hay) dispatched Northside Towing and Nick P. arrived in a flash! He was professional, courteous and most of all he showed empathy and that he cared about how upset we were. “I am sorry that I didn’t get this gentleman‘s name. He was amazing for getting into town. We had a U-Haul and we’re towing a car. He came out, took the car off with no problem whatsoever. He was very kind and he had two of the most beautiful dogs just making sure that everything else was gonna be OK
A few days later, we returned the U-Haul itself and there who was same gentleman again so kind. It’s nice when you’ve traveled cross country that you run into people that ask about and truly care about how your trip was and if you had any problems. Five stars isn’t enough for this U-Haul neighborhood dealership !

“I would like to thank Joel for helping me tow my car. Initially he pulled up to check on me since I had been sitting for 3 hours waiting on a different service. The front wheel of my car was detached from the body and he was able to get it on and off the bed of his truck efficiently and in a timely manner. Also for a better price than what my insurance would have charged. I will definitely recommend these guys in the future!”
