We were moving my brother to Idaho from Texas when we found ourselves stranded at a QT gas station just down the road from brake plus with a leaking brake line. “My partner took his car here because it was overheating every time he drove it. The shop charged him to look at it and told him they left the car running for over an hour and couldn’t replicate the problem. Left the shop and within 5-10 minutes the car started overheating. We popped the hood and was immediately able to see 2 problems. 1st a huge bird stuck in the front of the radiator like a dove. 2nd was a small crack in the top of the radiator. The most recent visit he got a new timing belt, now the car is gushing oil, and didn’t even have a drop of an oil leak before…Spoke with Jeremy he looked at it and turns out it was leaking coolant from the water pump that was just installed. They took it back apart and fixed it. Also said that the technician that serviced the car when we found the bird no longer works there. Glad he reached out and cares about his shop and customers”

“Was able to get my 350 work van in there they rebuilt the transmission. There was some type of issue afterwards, but they back their warranty 110%. I’m telling you right now as a business owner these guys are no joke they take care of their customers to the fullest and quickly.”

“Joe is amazing he came out to us in Thornton cause we broke down on the highway and changed our thermostat and luckily he stayed behind us cause then it started idling high so he also added transmission fluid and we have a pro master so doing that is a pain even just to check it he was absolutely amazing cause he was working on our van for hours at night and it was cold and he was so patient didn’t rush to do his job cause it was late and wanted to go home he was a great mechanic definitely recommend he also called a couple hours later to make sure we got home and everything was good he also has very good prices he doesn’t try and rip you off like some mechanics do thanks for everything Joe if we ever need a mechanic we will definitely be calling you”
“I got a pre purchase inspection. Chris my service advisor was awesome and chill. Not pushy at all and full of info. The ppi was thorough with a lot of pictures. Hopefully I don't have to use them a lot (knock on wood) but I feel like I found a shop I can trust for when I need work and maintenance done.”

“What another shop messed up (royally), Twin Peaks fixed!! I had lots of problems with emissions, fuel lines, etc. and these guys fixed the problems. They explained the problem, didn't rush me, answered my questions, and actually fixed the problem that not only did another shop not diagnose, but that the other shop had exasperated and made worse ... up to and including getting the emissions test as a seal on the problem being completely solved. Aside of having a car problem, which no one enjoys, I **loved** the experience of having it all fixed up; when I arrived (and my car arrived on a flatbed), I felt a ton of stress. When I left, my stress had been replaced with confidence and a sense of having been taken care of by people who know what they are doing. I will return to Twin Peaks anytime in the future and recommend them to anyone when I have the opportunity. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Mike and Matt, for fixing that old red Camaro!!! (And, this was more than a year ago....I've meant to write this review for a long time!!)”
“Customer for about five years with several different vehicles with a variety of issues. Same experience everytime. They get me in quickly, diagnose the problem and communicate before doing work, and their labor prices are the best around. They have OEM and aftermarket parts for your budget and recommend what makes the most sense for the value and age of your vehicle, not what makes them the most money.
No sales pitch, surprise charges, or pressure to buy unnecessary services. The person you talk to at the counter is the same person working on your vehicle, and likely the same person you'll see when you visit 3 years down the road.
I've also had them work on vehicles with an Intoxalock interlock installed, and they handled everything quickly with no issues or fuss.”

“I am beyond impressed with Ram Transmissions. Admittedly, I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I came in for an evaluation on my Ram 2500, as the transmission was starting to give me trouble. Since I rely on my truck for work, I was in a time crunch. To make matters worse, I had issues with my credit card and had to request a rushed replacement. Unfortunately, the bank couldn’t provide me with any interim details to share with the shop. Throughout this stressful situation, Joe remained incredibly patient and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me, despite the challenges.

“I had to replace a gas tank and rear brakes and rotors on my car. Christian Brothers was pretty quick at getting me in and very thorough with the photos on the inspection. There was a slight problem with not getting something repaired, but they were quick to fix it and offered to pick me up with their shuttle. Randy was the most helpful person although I understand I don’t know the name of the mechanic my SUV back together overall a good experience.”
