The room was not very clean. I was disappointed by that. The staff was nice though. They provided early check in and late check out. I am still waiting on an invoice to be emailed to me. I have asked for one four times and haven’t received anything.

I think it’s an OK Hotel, the elevator sometimes fail. It’s kind of weird also the roof it’s weird I know it’s meant to look that way, but it kind of looks like abandoned, wet and the room is so little, literally used that space. If you like to travel with luggage I would recommend another hotel. We just wanted to try something new

There are not enough words to describe the poor design and complete uselessness of a barn door on a bathroom. The door in our room was pulling the bolts that supported it out of the wall, making it rest on the floor, nearly impossible to move. To Indigo's credit, they sent maintenance to tighten the screws, which pulled back out of the wall the instant the door was moved again. When I complained a second time I was told "They're just really heavy," which, again, huh? A guest is expected to be able to move a 200lb fire hazard to use the toilet? Worse, even had it been newly hung and in pristine condition, a barn door hangs off of a protruding track on the wall. Meaning, one has no control over seeing, hearing, and smelling whomever is using the bathroom. Why is this so galling? A bathroom is literally the only place people expect full privacy. I was traveling with a film crew, co-workers. We were made to sit on the toilet and shower in front of each other because a barn doesn't actually close. I was offered a move to another room with a barn door toilet, and declined for the above reasons. I haven't even mentioned the haze, the actual fog, of smoke on our "smoke free" floor. We were forced to get high without consent as well. At check out I asked for a discount because of our bad experience, and was denied. Thank god for social media. Steer clear of this nightmare Joanna Gaines hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service and hospitality of the staff. Claudia was awesome from the jump allowing us to check in as early as she did. I’ve never had that happen. It worked out perfectly as we flew in early morning. Cory and Naomi were also very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. The room itself was exceptional. The corner room with all the windows is different than most I’ve stayed in and very comfortable. I will be staying again when I come to Denver.

A very comfortable and well-run hotel. I stay here repeatedly for work and have always been happy with the service, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel and staff. It's close to Union Station (and a direct train to/from airport), food, and entertainment.

We stayed here while riding the California Zephyr train, and the hotel was an excellent choice for a stopover. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and there were a lot of great restaurants nearby. The room was modern and well laid-out. The beds were comfortable and fresh. The bathroom was clean and the appliances worked well. The Wifi worked excellently. It was a shame that the restaurant wasn't open due to Covid, but it was easy to get to the restaurants nearby. Only issue was that staff seemed a bit overworked and didn't really have much time for us, but they weren't rude. Seems like they might need a bit more help onsite.

My husband and I recently moved from California to Colorado, and we spent our first night here at Hotel Indigo as our apartment was not ready until the following day. We had a hard day and a long flight, and from the moment we stepped into Hotel Indigo, all of our worries melted away as Jonathan greeted us with the warmest and friendliest smile, and made sure we were taken care of. We traveled with our cats and appreciated how clean and tidy the room was given that it is a pet-friendly hotel. Being that it was past midnight and we skipped dinner, we were hungry upon check-in and were pleased to see a wonderful assortment of snacks and drinks for purchase in the lobby. When checking out, Isaac took just as great care of us as Jonathan had the night before, and it made our experience absolutely memorable. This hotel is in close proximity to just about anywhere you might want to visit downtown, and we highly recommend it for your next visit to Denver.

We stayed for two nights at the end of Sept. the HVAC was so loud I had the worse night sleep. It kept waking me and my husband up. We tried all sorts of combinations and didn’t work. The towels were also very thin. On the plus side it was a convenient location to friends we were visiting in LOHI. It was also nicely deviated and staff was nice. We decided not to have our room cleaned while there but did need to ask for more than one towels in the room. Honestly I would not stay here again. Sorry.

This hotel was a fantastic choice for our visit to Denver by Amtrak. The hotel was located next to Union Station. It was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful especially Isaac. He was very helpful, super friendly, and greeted us each time when we entered the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed 3 nights and had business meetings. There is a big problem that everyone staying here will have - the heat/ac system in the rooms sounds like a jet engine taking off. It’s really bad! It woke me up 2-3 times a night. There’s probably no way to fix it. That first picture on this site and others of the front of the hotel is NOT Real! It’s an artist rendering. The front door is hard to find because it’s tucked in near the Fidelity office. There is NO restaurant or bar. It is still under construction. In fact, during our business meetings, they tested their new kitchen equipment and the chemicals burning off the equipment gave some of our people headaches from the fumes. The food they brought in for our business meetings was bland and the breakfast items were stale. They provided a toaster the first day but not the second. Last thing but out of the control of the hotel - the homeless problem around Union Station is huge. That stuff on the ground isn’t from a dog. Two positives - the lobby and hallways are clean and modern, at 3pm on Thursday they had a free whiskey tasting.
