“Overall, this place is the best pharmacy experience I’ve seen. However, i the hopes of encouraging positive change, I do want to point out one particular tech, who unlike the other employees, lacks professionalism. Dark hair, glasses, younger, red smock.

Patients have all kinds of things going on. This industry requires empathy, patience, maturity, professionalism and the ability to listen to your patients. She possesses none of these, or at least did not display any of those qualities with me.

Though this one experience was very frustrating and uncalled for, I do not believe it reflects the pharmacy as a whole. Upper echelon intervened and corrected the situation when made aware, and I am grateful. I do appreciate the professionalism and care following the incident, and plan to continue supporting our local pharmacist. Incident aside, this place is 5 stars”
