“Express 2 Day package was delayed due to an issue upstream of the Estes Park Post Office. Estes Park personnel communicated well with us and the Denver hub. Package was received at the Estes PO on July 4. Even though it was a postal service holiday, the office was staffed and we were called that morning by that staff member who handed us the package the morning of the 4th! Thanks for your over and above service in this instance!”
