Woodlands On Fall River is a great place to stay with a spectacular and peaceful outdoor setting right on the river. The location is amazing, with beautiful river views and sound, and is within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and just minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The suites and apartments are comfortable, perfectly arranged, and well-stocked, featuring cozy beds, soft sheets, a decently stocked kitchen, and a nice shower. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and top notch. While there is no air-conditioning, the nights are often cool. The value for the money is good and reasonable. Guests can enjoy the peaceful river setting, though some amenities like the hot tub may not always be operational. With simple self check-in, it is a highly recommended spot for a relaxing visit.
Clean place to stay and great proximity to the park. Downtown is a quick drive. Beds are very comfortable!

Beautiful location, not to mention the conveniency to RMNP! Was appreciative of the space, especially for the cost. Enjoyed sitting out relaxing by the river and the elk visiting! The only negative was that we were on the first floor and could hear the family above us.

It was truly spectacular. The suite was perfectly arranged and the outdoor setting peaceful and gorgeous. The staff was top knotch.So cutioys and helpful.We will be back .Highly recommend.
