They made the need for repairs quick and easy, working with both my insurance and Enterprise to get me a rental while my car was being repaired, and make billing simple. “My daughter was in an accident last week, and it shattered her rear window. I called, and spoke with Rachel at American Auto Body, and later connected with Kevin. They made time in their calendar to fit my daughter‘s vehicle in, and had the vehicle done in two days.
Because of the accident, we needed to do some other maintenance in the car before our daughter could drive it again, but when we picked it up, we learned that American Auto Body had vacuumed out the entire car of all of the glass that had spread after the collision.
This is a top-notch team with excellent customer service! I recommend them without question!”

“Really excellent work, great prices, and they finished faster than I expected. I definitely recommend coming here!
I had quite a bit of damage from getting rear ended. The floor panel was badly bent, and I needed a new impact bar and bumper. The rear door also had to be bent back into shape and realigned. I just picked up my car yesterday, and it looks great! I was really worried that the door wouldn't close/seal properly again, but he got it perfect.
I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need more work done.”

“Im not from Colorado or Greeley and was traveling through. I stayed the night and the next morning I went to start my truck and nothing. I had my truck towed to the local Ford house on Saturday. I have new Ford F250 Tremor will 20K miles on it. The team here at Ken Garff got it in on Monday to diagnose it and they found the issue right away, my fuse bank got some water inside of it causing it to short out. They ordered the part it came in late Tuesday and I had my truck back on Wednesday morning and was back on the road with little down time. In today's world time is money and Ken Garff Ford realizes that with all their customers. I really like the service I received here at Ken Garff Ford and would like to suggest to everyone that needs their Ford serviced or looking to purchase a new vehicle to come by and see Tysen (General Manager) or Ron (Service Manager) and let them help you in the professional way they helped me. Even if you just want to see what Ford has to offer in their new vehicle line up. Come kick some tires I'm sure they wouldn't mind.”
