About NOCO Humane (formerly Humane Society of Weld County)
NOCO Humane is a busy animal shelter with locations in Weld County and Larimer County. The staff is incredibly helpful, super kind, and very good with all of the animals. The animals seem well cared for and the shelter keeps thorough health records. Adoption fees are very reasonable, with events like zero adoption fees.
Many people report a great experience finding their new pet. The process can be quick, allowing time to meet and play with an animal before adoption. However, some find the building older and quarters a little smaller, with limited space like only one room for cat visitation. A common frustration is difficulty contacting the shelter by phone, with calls going to a full voicemail box or automated recordings.
Overall, adopters leave with happy, well-behaved pets, describing them as perfect additions to their family.

Found the perfect fur baby here. The people that help you find a pet are very good, and explain everything that you need to know. Best way to get a pet is to adopt a shelter animal. Thank you all...
